If you have an issue with your order or need to return or exchange an item, please call us at 1-855-456-1195 and we will assist in finding the best resolution. We will provide you with a return authorization number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.

Return Check List for Tires Only
- Call Tire Warehouse at 1-855-456-1195 for a return authorization number
- Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together.)
- Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address and Tire Warehouse’s address
- Packing slip with return authorization number should be taped securely on tire
- Your comments are important. Please tell us why you are returning the merchandise
Manufacturer’s Warranties
Tires and Wheels are covered by the tire manufacturer’s warranty and are sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Return for Refund or Exchange
All returns are subject to inspection by Tire Warehouse and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return.
- Orders that are picked up at one of our distribution centers are only eligible for immediate return or exchange on the same day they are picked up.
- After that time, orders must be reviewed by a returns specialist before an exchange or credit is provided.
- Allow 2-3 business days to process the credit.

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
- TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
- SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.
Orders shipped are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
